Team Brave Director | Dublin

The Dublin Team Brave Director builds, develops, and cares for the volunteer teams that create an excellent Sunday experience. This role recruits and onboards new volunteers, helping each person find a serving opportunity that fits their gifts and availability. They also train, coach, and support team coordinators while building strong relationships with volunteers. The director ensures teams are scheduled, trained, equipped, and supplied for Sundays, events, and special gatherings. Through proactive leadership and a commitment to Brave Church’s values, they help create welcoming environments where people can find and follow Jesus.

Worship Director/Pastor | San Francisco

As a Campus Worship Leader/Pastor, you lead and shape the worship experience at your Brave campus while developing and equipping your worship team. You collaborate with your Campus Pastor and campus leaders to ensure services are aligned with Brave Church’s vision and culture. You also identify growth opportunities and contribute to Brave Music when needed.

Youth Director

The Campus Youth Director is responsible for developing, leading, and training all Brave Youth team members, ensuring a safe, welcoming, fun, and faith-driven environment for students from 6-12th grade.

Brave Kids Care Team Member

As a Kids Care Team Member, you will provide childcare during special events, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for children. Responsibilities include engaging kids in activities, facilitating check-in/check-out, and prioritizing child safety.
