Assistant Kids Director | Dublin

As the Assistant Kids Director, you help lead, train, and support Brave Kids team members while partnering with the Campus Kids Director to implement systems, curriculum, and programming with excellence. You recruit and equip volunteers, connect with families, and ensure policies, procedures, and kids spaces are consistently cared for. You also handle key administrative tasks and help create a strong team culture where families feel supported and informed.

Worship Director/Pastor | San Ramon & Francisco

As a Campus Worship Leader/Pastor, you lead and shape the worship experience at your Brave campus while developing and equipping your worship team. You collaborate with your Campus Pastor and campus leaders to ensure services are aligned with Brave Church’s vision and culture. You also identify growth opportunities and contribute to Brave Music when needed.

Youth Director

The Campus Youth Director is responsible for developing, leading, and training all Brave Youth team members, ensuring a safe, welcoming, fun, and faith-driven environment for students from 6-12th grade.

Brave Kids Care Team Member

As a Kids Care Team Member, you will provide childcare during special events, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for children. Responsibilities include engaging kids in activities, facilitating check-in/check-out, and prioritizing child safety.
