Core Commitments to Student Growth
ACADEMIC SUCCESS:
Supporting students in their academic journey through tutoring, study groups, time management coaching, and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
Ex: Online courses, Study Halls, Academic Connects
Equipping students with leadership skills through mentorship programs, leadership labs, student organizations, and real-world ministry or service opportunities.
Ex: Leadership Development teachings, 1-1 Meetings, Speaking Opportunities, Team Building
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
Providing regular opportunities for worship, discipleship, small groups, prayer meetings, and spiritual mentorship. Helping students deepen their relationship with Christ.
Ex: All Staff Meetings, Sunday Services, Devotionals
SPIRITUAL GROWTH:
Encouraging students to engage with their local community through service projects, outreach events, and partnerships with local organizations.
Ex: Easterfest, Orangefest, Snow in the Bay, Baptisms, Youth Movement Nights, Summer Camp, Kids Blast, Serve Days, Missions, etc.
